Guests can hike our scenic trails, cozy up by the fire with hot chocolate, create a craft to take home, and enjoy a warm meal of chili and cornbread prepared by our kitchen staff.

Experience the unique world of honey like never before in this Intro to Honey Sensory Analysis. Guided by Virginia Bolshakova, PCCI Executive Director and long-time beekeeper, you’ll explore the aromas, textures, and flavors of several local honeys while learning how to taste with intention and discover the hidden stories in each spoonful. Perfect for curious palates and cozy winter evenings!
