Director of Advancement & Engagement, Job Description

Pierce Cedar Creek Institute is seeking a thoughtful and collaborative Director of Advancement & Engagement to lead our fund development, marketing, and guest experience efforts across our 850-acre campus of forests, wetlands, prairies, and working lands. This full-time, in-person leadership role strengthens the Institute’s relationships, reputation, and resources by guiding a small, cross-functional team and connecting people to our mission through meaningful experiences, storytelling, and engagement.

The ideal candidate is a strong relationship-builder, an effective communicator, and a steady team leader who brings follow-through, organization, and a passion for mission-driven work.
