The retreat menu is a set menu that is approved by the event coordinator. Please understand that we cannot accommodate for every diet type. In addition to the meals there will always be a full salad bar available with a variety of proteins and toppings that should satitfy all diets. *

Policy Information:
Payment: Payment must be made credit card. Payment is due when you register. Reservations are not secure until payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, contact the Hospitality Manager. All cancellations are subject to a $50 handling fee. Reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival will result in the forfeit of the full amount due.
Change Policy: Package changes will be accepted by the Hospitality Manager up to 14 days prior to your reservation date. We will do everything we can to accommodate your change, but may not be able to do so. Thank you for your understanding.
Use of Kitchen Facilities in Housing: Some lodging has full cooking amenities available. Guests must clean these areas upon departure, leaving these areas in the same condition as when they arrived. An additional cost will be charged if these areas are not cleaned upon departure.
Replacement Key(s): If lanyards and keys are not returned, a $10.00 replacement fee will be charged to your credit card.
Alcohol/Smoking Policy: Pierce Cedar Creek Institute’s buildings and grounds are tobacco-free. Guests are allowed to smoke in their cars or, if staying overnight, in designated areas at our lodging. Alcohol is not allowed in any of the Institute's buildings or grounds, including our housing units.
All activities on Pierce Cedar Creek Institute property must be peaceful and lawful; must not interfere with the rights of others; must not obstruct the free movement of persons about the facility.
Liability and Damages: If the Institute determines that more than standard clean-up is required at the conclusion of your stay, a fee for clean-up and/or actual replacement costs for damages to Institute property will be charged to you. The Institute shall have no liability of any sort for the damage or loss of any personal property brought onto Institute premises. You assume full responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or liability of any nature whatsoever to people, property, or Institute property caused by you.
