On Saturday, March 20, Pierce Cedar Creek Institute will be presenting the 8th Annual Renewable Energy Conference. This will be a great opportunity for your business or organization to directly market to a group that is interested in renewable energy and other green technologies. Please consider signing up to be a vendor.
The conference is a daylong event consisting of a keynote speaker, breakout sessions, and a Q & A session. Vendors are setup in our main lobby. Conference attendees have the opportunity to meet with vendors during breaks between sessions and during the lunch break. The vendors are a very popular component the conference. Last year we had nearly 140 participants. Conference attendees were drawn primarily from the greater Southwest and Central Michigan area. Typical attendees included homeowners wanting to make their homes more efficient, renewable energy enthusiasts wishing to gain more knowledge, and college students and others who were interested in learning about renewable energy. There are several ways you can participate:
Exhibit Vendor $100, Non-profits Free - You will be provided with a 10’ X 10’ space and one 6-foot table in the main lobby. Registration is required and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. You may set up your display, set out literature and/or sell your products. You will be provided with one lunch. Additional lunches may be purchased for $10.
Literature Table (No Fee) – If you do not wish to attend the conference as a vendor, you may send us your brochures or literature and we will place it on our information table. Please mail 100 copies to Pierce Cedar Creek Institute, attention Renewable Energy Conference, by March 1. Please note that we will not be able to mail back extra copies.
Setup time for the vendors is Friday, March 19, from 12pm to 5 pm and Saturday, March 21, from 7am - 8am. If these times do not work, please contact Matthew Dykstra at (269) 721-4473. If you wish to sell products, you must provide your own cash box.
Lodging facilities are available at Pierce Cedar Creek Institute for Friday and Saturday evenings. Lodging cost is $40 per person per night for a single room or $25 per person per night for a double room. Please indicate on the registration form if you wish to stay at the Institute.
