Stewardship Department Volunteer Work Days

Stewardship Department Volunteer Work Days

Help the Institute's stewardship department eradicate invasive species this summer. Each workday will include a free Lunch and Learn program focusing on identification and control of the invasive species of the day, as well as a discussion on the potential threats it poses to native ecosystems.

All volunteers will meet at the Visitor Center. Water and work gloves will be provided. Please wear comfortable, close-toed shoes. Long sleeves, plants, and sun protection are highly recommended. If it rains, the workday will be cancelled. For more information on cancellations, please call (269) 721-4190.
