Sunday Brunch at Pierce Cedar Creek Institute is a wonderful opportunity to sit back, relax, and enjoy wonderful cuisine. Brunch seatings are at 11:30 am and 1 pm. Pre-registration and payment are required. There is limited availability for the 11:30 seating. Please call to inquire.
Brunch Menu
Breakfast: Buttermilk pancakes, hashbrowns, bacon, eggs Benedict, and made-to-order omelets with tomatoes, green onions, olives, peppers, mushrooms, and cheese
Pastries: Assorted muffins, kalamata olive bread with whipped butter
Salads: Field greens with assorted dressings, fresh fruit salad, carrot and honey garlic salad, five bean
Salad Entrees and sides: Butter crumb chicken breast with a supreme sauce, beef stroganoff with bow tie pasta, asiago potatoes, sautéed green beans, and spinach roulades with red pepper coulis
Carving Station: Roasted pork loin
Desserts: Chocolate and cherry chip cup cakes, tiramisu trifle, pineapple cake, and chocolate covered strawberries

Brad Slaughter of the Michigan Natural Features Inventory will provide a virtual tour of Michigan’s unusual and rare communities, explaining why they are rare and why their conservation is important. All brunch programs are free, and you do not need to attend brunch to enjoy a program.
