Registration and Cancellation Policy

In the event that weather conditions or other circumstances should cause Pierce Cedar Creek Institute to cancel an event, a full refund will be issued. If a registrant must cancel, the cancellation must be received before 24 hours of the event to receive a refund. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund; however, certain situations may be considered as exceptions. For events that require pre-payment, no space will be held without full payment.

Photography Waiver

Pierce Cedar Creek uses photographs or video taken during our programs for marketing and public relations purposes. Photos may appear in our quarterly newsletter, in local newspapers, on our website, or in other publications. If you do not want you or your child’s picture to be published, please inform a staff member.

Snowshoe Lacing Workshop (FULL)

Event details: 

Participants will receive all of the materials and instruction needed to complete a pair of snowshoes. The Ojibwa style is an ideal style for beginners and is great for hiking trails. Pre-registration and payment is required. The deadline for registration is January 13. Please indicate size of snowshoe you wish.

Small: Up to 140 lbs
Medium: 130 - 240 lbs
Large: 210 and above
