Registration and Cancellation Policy

In the event that weather conditions or other circumstances should cause Pierce Cedar Creek Institute to cancel an event, a full refund will be issued. If a registrant must cancel, the cancellation must be received before 24 hours of the event to receive a refund. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund; however, certain situations may be considered as exceptions. For events that require pre-payment, no space will be held without full payment.

Photography Waiver

Pierce Cedar Creek uses photographs or video taken during our programs for marketing and public relations purposes. Photos may appear in our quarterly newsletter, in local newspapers, on our website, or in other publications. If you do not want you or your child’s picture to be published, please inform a staff member.

Snowshoe Hike

Event details: 

People have been getting around Michigan using snowshoes for thousands of years. This hike will explore the Institute’s fields and forest both on and off-trail. Total distance is approximately 2.5 miles. A limited number of snowshoes will be available for participants. Please call to reserve a pair of snowshoes ($5 per pair).
