During these workshops, participants will develop a land management plan specific to their property that identifies the goals and objectives for the site and lists the steps required to achieve those objectives. The workshops will cover stewardship of plant communities (forests, prairie, wetlands, and agricultural land) and address quality deer management and control of plants and animals that cause problems (such as Emerald ash borer). In addition to Institute staff, Hugh Brown and Jen Howell, providing information about maintaining healthy land, several conservation partners and consultants will be available to discuss specialized resource management.
