Our chef and hospitality coordinator will customize the menu and surroundings to fit your party’s needs. You can plan a patio wedding with a canopy of trees and then sit down for a formal dinner in our spacious dining room, or you can exchange vows on stage in the auditorium with music, video, and all the modern amenities, followed by a strolling dinner.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Forms of payment accepted include cash, check, or credit card.
Wedding rehearsals/planning visits are permitted prior to the event date during regular business hours. An additional hourly charge will be required for rehearsals/visits taking place after 5 pm unless a wedding rehearsal dinner will also be here at the Institute. All wedding rehearsals must be planned three weeks in advance with the Institute.
If available, two rooms will be provided the day of the event for the bride and groom wedding parties to dress and prepare for the wedding service.
The Institute has rooms available for overnight guests. Ask the hospitality coordinator for information on housing availability.
If the event is held in the evening, please note that the Institute and grounds close at 10 pm. An event must conclude sufficiently before that time to allow time for guests and support services to vacate the property by 10 pm.
Events may be catered only by Pierce Cedar Creek Institute; no outside caterers are permitted.

Grand Appetizer Buffet – base price is $14.95 per person – 120 guest maximum
Includes: Your choice of six appetizers, coffee, and two non-alcoholic beverages.
Specialty Buffet – base price $18.95 per person – 80 guest maximum
Includes: Your choice of two entrees, one starch, one vegetable, mini salad bar, coffee, and two non-alcoholic beverages.
Plated Meal – base price $21.95 per person – 80 guest maximum
Includes: Your choice of two entrees, one starch, one vegetable, salad, coffee, and choice of two non-alcoholic beverages.
The Institute offers taste testing appointments. We also make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs.
